Gregory Bennett stepped on the real estate stage about 15 years ago. He continues to get standing ovations year after year because of his many accomplishments. He was named the Top Producer (#1 real estate agent) in Prince George’s County, Maryland, 2002 through 2004, by selling more than 80 million dollars of real estate each year. Greg gained membership in the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2003. After only one year with Exit Realty Corporation International, Greg received the award “Top Recruiter Designation” for recruiting the most agents in the Exit International System. His walls and bookshelves overflow with plaques and awards, but these tokens of recognition do not tell his entire story. Greg’s entrepreneurial roots dig deep. He put his Bachelors degree in business management to the test immediately upon graduating from college. He owned College Clowns, an entertainment company specializing in children’s birthday parties. He further sharpened his business and management skills by operating two stores selling party supplies. Although he could not foretell the future, this was the foundation for his current and growing real estate business—Exit Bennett Realty. Greg’s approach to business and real estate in particular has been to provide his clients with something that no one else offers. He was one of the first Realtors to advertise on the radio. Greg also believes in teaching other real estate agents. He has mentored a team of successful agents for more than ten years, giving others the opportunity to realize their dreams of financial independence. Currently Greg has more than 80 agents working with him. More importantly, he prides himself on his real estate investments. He has purchased over 100 investment properties over the past 20 years.
